finally April fool by Google

I went through a software search on google. com, type in the search bar at the bottom of the search bar

 I notice something strange, different, as seen in the search bar below "New! What's that smell? 

Find out with Google Nose" then i Clicked  on google  Nose

Then came diaper name of the search result. On the left side of the search result's the Smell. I understand that it is a relatively new technology. Some of smell and can be found in a search. Click the smell was very interested in, then came "Bring your nose as close as you can to the screen and press Enter". Then press the Enter and bring my nose as close the monitor, but I do not know why any smell. I need help, click it. I do not understand this, but  you understand. The text of the
